2021 Winners

This year, to accommodate guidelines and restrictions due to COVID-19, we held a modified, virtual version of our competition: the Pacific Musical Society & Foundation 2021 Virtual Showcase. The Showcase incorporated a single round of judging based on video submissions. We were thrilled to receive nearly 100 submissions and are pleased to announce the winners below!

Our adjudication panel featured prominent musicians bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to this year’s judging:

Note that to reflect the limitations of video-based judging, this year we are not differentiating between first/second/third-place awards except in the Composition category. Awardees under all other categories are listed alphabetically.

Check out the incredible performances by our instrumental, piano, and vocal winners in the 2021 Winners Showcase!
